Red October

Long time, no posts :)
I get swamped at the shop and Farmers Market over the Summer.
But I am back!
yay!
Here is a new painting that I did for the upcoming exhibit,
"Red October"
at the AAN.
It has a little ditty about the color known as
As my shop and studio is right around the
corner from Murray's Toggery, the folks who
invented the name, I thought it to be a
fine tribute.
Then there is this little blog post that I found.
:)

I used that very color for the background of the painting.

Lots of white flowers with added color.
The opening is on Friday from 6-8 pm.
Come on down if you are on Island!
Cheers!
