Re cycled And Hand Painted

I found this metal pot in the thrift shop.

 I loved the shape, so I thought I'd paint it!

It would be great for scarves and accessories, or paper work etc..

.....to get rid of the clutter on your desk!

A little touch of yellow to brighten up this rainy, gray day:)

Hello! 

It has been a while since I posted to this blog.

I post all of the things that are Nantucket related on my 

Nantucket Mermaid blog, and everything else

will go here.

So let's get started!

I finally brought my big kiln that was in storage over to my new studio

 in the basement of our cottage that we moved into last year.

So now I can make larger bowls, platters and pitchers.

Here is a 12 inch round bowl that I painted for my Son, Marty.

I love painting this design. A nice way to meditate. :)
